Our Instant Win prizes are a great way to win a prize before the draw date. Simply purchase your tickets and check if your numbers match the ticket numbers listed in the Instant Win prize table, if they do then you win that prize - simple!

You can also see if you're a winner by checking your ticket number in the account area. It will show “You've Won” if you have a winning ticket. If you didn’t win an instant win don’t worry your ticket will still be entered into the end prize draw. Winners are also contacted via email.

We email your ticket number(s) directly to you, please check your junk folder if you can’t find them. Your Tickets are available anytime in your Account Section of the website. You will also receive your ticket number via SMS if you have opted to receive by text.

Each instant win competition has a maximum number of ticketsyou can purchase, maximum ticket limits are displayed on each competition. We have now capped entries on our instant win competition end draw. Please see the competition page for max amount. You may still play after this, but these tickets will not be entered into the prize draw. You can however still win instant win prizes with these! This ensures play is fairer for our players.

We have put a maximum ticketamount on each prize draw. Please see each competition page for this amount as it varies between competitions.

Tickets are randomly allocated once entries have been purchased. Ticket numbers will appear in your account and will also be sent to you via email.

You must be over 18 and a UK resident. For security checks we may require ID. All personal data is stored securely.

Prizes are sent to the lucky winner via post or bank transfer (Cash Alternative) the following day the draw has taken place (Mon-Fri). Winners will be contacted by phone call and/or email and will be required to fill out a winners form so your prize can be dispatched or funds transferred.

Site credit winnings will be deposited into the winners account within 24hrs of the draw taking place. (Can take up to 48hrs in some circumstances)

Yes, you can save card details! And don’t worry – we cannot, and will never be able to see these details – this is all handled securely by our payment providers.
